Shipping policy

We ship No-No Bars all across New Zealand. Here's everything you need to know about how we get your order to you.

Shipping rates

Shipping is charged per 8-bar pack as follows:

Not sure if you're on a rural delivery route? Your address will be identified at checkout. If you're unsure, feel free to contact us before placing your order.

Processing & dispatch

Orders are packed within 2-3 days of order and dispatched from our factory in the Manawatu. We pack and send orders ourselves, so please allow a little extra time around public holidays or during busy periods. Any unforeseen delays will be notified within 24 hours.

Delivery timeframes

Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are:

• North Island urban 1–3 days
• South Island 2–4 days
• Rural add 1–2 days

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to courier delays outside our control.

Order tracking

NZ Post tracking is provided with every order and can be found in your Shipping Confirmation email.

Undeliverable or returned parcels

If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery, we'll get in touch to arrange redelivery. Please note that additional shipping charges may apply.
