Returns & Refunds

We want you to be completely happy with your No-No Bars. If something isn't right, please get in touch and we'll do our best to sort it out.

Our return policy

Because our bars are a food product, we're unable to accept returns of opened or consumed items. However, if your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or there's a quality issue, we will always make it right.

Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order to raise any concerns.

Damaged or incorrect orders

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If any bars are damaged, if something is missing, or if you've received the wrong item, contact us straight away at gerard@thenonobarfactory.nz with your order details and a photo if possible. We'll assess the issue and arrange a replacement or refund promptly.

Non-returnable items

As a food product, No-No Bars cannot be returned once they have been opened or consumed. We're also unable to accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

If you have an allergy concern or believe a product may have caused an adverse reaction, please stop consuming the product and contact us immediately at gerard@thenonobarfactory.nz.

Exchanges

If you'd like to swap a flavour, please get in touch before your order is dispatched and we'll do our best to accommodate the change. Once an order has been shipped, we're unable to exchange unopened bars for food safety reasons.

Refunds

Once we've assessed your claim, we'll let you know whether a refund or replacement has been approved. If a refund is approved, it will be returned to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to process it.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you haven't seen it, please contact us at gerard@thenonobarfactory.nz.
